THIS weekend the TKO Kickboxing Competition at Lordswood Lesuire Centre.

11th Battle of Kent Light Continuous Kickboxing Competition

Featuring the first ‘SUPER 8 KNOCKOUT TOURNAMENT’

Date: 3rd July 2011
Venue: Lordswood Leisure centre, North Dane Way, Chatham, Kent, ME5 8EY

Fights:

Super 8 Knockout Tournament =  Adult men only (min age 18) weight maximum 75 kilOS

Juniors (min age 8 years) = 3 x 1 min rounds

Seniors =  3×1 or 3 x 1.5 min rounds depending on experience.

Prices:

Fighters £11
Super 8 £25
Spectators £5

All weights will be checked on the day so please make sure they are correct!!
All competitors must wear Head Guards, Boxing Gloves (10 oz min), Shin Pads, Foot Pads (covering heel and toe), Groin Guard and Gum Shield.

All Fighters should arrive by 09:45am AND fighters must be in correct clean club uniform. (no club shorts permitted)
